SD-969NIR-A型廻轉(zhuǎn)式近紅外線活化生產(chǎn)線，結(jié)合精益生產(chǎn)的先進(jìn)理念，將直線式設(shè)計成廻轉(zhuǎn)式，大大節(jié)約空間和提升生產(chǎn)效率。其NIR低炫光滲透近紅外線、橘皮紋燈罩、自動封閉門等高端技術(shù)大大提升加熱速度，光源使用率，杜絕熱源流失。特別適合近年流行的小組式生產(chǎn)模式。
可根據(jù)客戶需求，訂制烘箱及工位長度。
SD-969NIR-A type Rotary soften production line, is invented with the concept of lean production. It changes the linear way of production into a rotary type, which greatly saves space and improves production efficiency. Its high-end technologies such as low glare penetration near infrared, orange peel lampshade, automatic closing door greatly enhances heating speed, light source usage, and eliminates heat loss. It is suitable for the group production mode.

Function Detial
A、廻轉(zhuǎn)式設(shè)計，大大節(jié)省空間。
B、雙層設(shè)計采用隔離方式，配合貼底作業(yè)處理，上膠、組合等流程設(shè)計，提高工作效率，節(jié)省人力。
C、上層采用托盤式，下層采用可調(diào)距鞋楦架設(shè)計。
D、采用NIR低炫光滲透近紅外線燈管加熱，配合熱風(fēng)循環(huán)，升溫速度快，
溫度穩(wěn)定精準(zhǔn)。（溫度開啟約40s-50s可快速達(dá)到設(shè)定值溫度）
E、工作位采用封閉式自動門設(shè)計，完全杜絕熱風(fēng)的流失，節(jié)能環(huán)保。
F、采用特制橘皮紋高反射燈罩，大大提高了光源使用率，縮短烘干時間，
更加節(jié)能。
G、本機(jī)配備刷膠機(jī)及下抽風(fēng)系統(tǒng)，使作業(yè)空間空氣更環(huán)保。
